Terralex Cross Border Copyright Guide 2016
Copyright update - 5 February 2016
The 2016 edition of TerraLex's Cross Border Copyright Guide is now available.
The Guide draws together contributions from copyright experts in territories that are key to global businesses, and is a useful resource for getting to grips with the framework of copyright law in each of those territories.
The Australian copyright section was written by Lander & Rogers IP/IT Partner Robert Neely. In addition to information about Australia's copyright laws, Rob gives his views on the top two recent copyright developments and his predictions for what are likely to be the key developments in Australian copyright over the next year.
