Welcome to the Winter 2015 edition of the Bulletin.

The past quarter has been another interesting one for employers, particularly with regard to developments in employment law.

Perhaps the most interesting development was the decision by a Vice President of the Fair Work Commission, who found that dismissing an employee who drank a significant amount of alcohol at a work function and behaved inappropriately towards a number of his colleagues was unfair.
