Culture has long been considered an important element of organisational design but one which, in many cases, gets delegated to the HR department to ‘deal with’.
In this article, partner Deanna Constable, looks at how company culture can be a key element to an organisation successfully pursuing its business strategy. She argues that culture is a powerful element in achieving higher levels of performance and commitment from staff, and identifies the board has having an important role to play in setting and leading their company's culture.
