Kate is a senior associate in the Family and Relationship Law team. Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Kate practised exclusively in the family law jurisdiction at another national mid-tier law firm in Melbourne. She also worked as a judge's associate in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia before her admission to legal practice in December 2018.
Kate manages the innovation and communication portfolios for the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers. She is responsible for pioneering process improvements, and collaborates with established and emerging technology providers as well as internal designers to streamline the firm's delivery of family law services. She is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience to the team's expansive private client base, a value that remains at the forefront of all her innovation initiatives.
Kate has worked exclusively in family and relationship law since her admission in 2019. Before joining Lander & Rogers, Kate worked as a Legal Associate at the Court for over two years. This experience exposed Kate to the full spectrum of family law matters, including those involving complex financial and parenting issues as well as specialised international family law matters. Kate applies her unique understanding of the nuances of the court system when advising her clients.
Katie was admitted to practice in 2015 and has worked exclusively in family law since her admission.
Kiana is a lawyer in the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers and is based in the firm's Brisbane office. She was admitted to practice in 2024 after completing the firm's graduate program and has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2025.
Kirsty is a Senior Associate in the Sydney team. With over 10 years' experience working exclusively in family and relationship law, Kirsty has specialist knowledge managing complex family law cases. Kirsty spent several years working in specialist family violence and legal units, where she developed expertise in understanding the nuances of domestic violence, and working with clients in a trauma-informed manner.
Laura is an Accredited Specialist in family law and a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Melbourne office. She believes in empowering her clients with realistic and empathetic advice and achieving commercial outcomes to allow them and their families to move forward with their lives.
Lauren is a senior associate in the Brisbane office of Lander and Rogers Family and Relationship Law team. Lauren understands that separation can be one of the most difficult chapters in a person's life. She provides a pragmatic and strategic approach to assist clients navigate their family law issues in a timely manner.
Lauren has been working in family and relationship law since her admission to practice in 2022. In her final year of study Lauren was the top graduating law student at Melbourne Law School, winning the prestigious Supreme Court prize. Lauren also received subject prizes for family law, legal research, remedies, employment law, corporations law, and equity and trusts. She was also the top student in her second year, during her Juris Doctor.
With over 40 years of specialist experience, Lee is one of Melbourne's most respected family law practitioners. Lee's extensive experience has given her a strong understanding of, and ability to deal with, the myriad of issues pertaining to family law.
Lia has practised exclusively in family law since 2015 and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. Lia has extensive experience across the spectrum of family law issues, including complex property settlements, children's matters, and matters involving family violence. She has also been involved in several of the firm's pro bono projects.

Liz holds a Master of Laws specialising in tax from the University of Melbourne and has a special interest in commercial and tax law issues relating to complex family law property cases. Liz relies on her unique depth of knowledge to pursue commercially favourable outcomes for her family law clients.
Loren is a Senior Associate in our Melbourne office and has been working exclusively in the family law jurisdiction since her admission to practice in 2014.
Maddie is a lawyer in the Sydney office of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship law team. She has been working in family law since 2018 and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in March 2022.
Maggie is an interdisciplinary family lawyer with an international background and experience across a diverse range of financial and parenting matters. Malcolm is an Accredited Specialist in family law who has practised solely in the family law jurisdiction since 2003. In his consultancy capacity, Malcolm provides guidance to our clients throughout their family law journey, including preparing them for court hearings and appointments with experts. Additionally, he supports our national legal team by offering strategic and technical advice, leveraging his extensive family law experience in this role.

Méabh (a Gaelic name pronounced "Maeve") is a family & relationship lawyer. She has worked in family law since 2017 and was admitted to practice in 2021. Méabh worked at a specialist family law firm prior to joining Lander & Rogers in May 2024.
