Monique is recognised by the profession for her technical expertise, particularly in matters involving complex parenting and property issues. She is named in the 2026 edition of Best Lawyers in Australia and has been recognised by Doyle's Guide as a "Rising Star" in family law.

Senior Associate

Prue has worked exclusively in family and relationship law since her admission to the legal profession in 2018. She has a particular interest in complex parenting and property matters, particularly those involving Binding Financial Agreements and child support matters.

Rachel is a lawyer in the Sydney office of Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team. She is passionate about family related issues and has worked in family law since her admission as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2018. During her five years of practice in Hong Kong, Rachel managed a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial disputes, and children's matters, many of which involved cross-border or international elements. Rachel was admitted to practice in NSW in 2025 and joined Lander & Rogers in the same year.

Rhiannon holds a Master of Applied (Law Family Law) and is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. She has practised exclusively in family and relationship law since her admission to practice in 2013.

Sarah is a Special Counsel in the Brisbane office of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law practice. Having worked exclusively in family law since 2008, Sarah is a trusted advisor to her wide network of clients based in Queensland and internationally.

Sarah is a Special Counsel in the Melbourne Family & Relationship Law team and an integral member of the group, having worked at Lander & Rogers since the commencement of her career in 2007. Sarah received Lander & Rogers' Chic Lander Award in 2014 for outstanding contribution to client service, quality of work and overall contribution to the firm.

Shayal Autar, who joined Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law practice in her graduate job in 2017.

Senior Associate

Shayal is a Senior Associate who works exclusively in family and relationship law. In her practise, Shayal works closely with her clients in relation to their complex property matters with asset pools ranging up to $20 million and involving multiple corporate and trust structures, high conflict parenting arrangements including children with special needs, child support issues and spousal maintenance applications.

Skye is an Accredited Specialist in family law who was admitted to practice in December 2007. She is passionate about resolving matters early for her clients and is committed to ensuring widespread access to the family law system.

Sophie is a lawyer in the Brisbane office of Lander & Rogers' Family and Relationship Law group. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science (Biological Sciences) from the Queensland University of Technology.

Stefan is an Accredited Specialist in family law and has practised exclusively in family and relationship law since 2017. He advises clients on all aspects of family law, including property and financial settlements, parenting arrangements, and child support matters.

Tamara is an experienced family and relationship lawyer who has practised exclusively in family law since May 2010. She has extensive experience in all areas of family law, and attained her accredited specialisation in family law in October 2015.

Taylor is a lawyer in the Family & Relationship Law group at Lander & Rogers. Taylor assists clients in all aspects of family law including parenting, property, spousal maintenance and child support.
