Tessa is a partner in Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team and is based in the firm's Sydney office. Recognised by the profession as a Rising Star in each of the 2018 to 2022 editions of *Doyle's Guide*, and previously the chair of the Young Lawyers Family Law Committee, Tessa is a well-known family lawyer who assists clients across Australia and internationally.

Toby is a lawyer in the Melbourne office of the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers. He was admitted to practice in 2024 after completing the firm's graduate program and has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2025.

Will has worked exclusively in family law since his admission to practice in 2022. He is experienced in all areas of family law, including property matters, parenting disputes, asset protection, child support and family violence.
