Our Chatbot was created and designed to provide guidance and information on legal issues. While we make every effort to ensure the information provided is current and correct, Lander & Rogers makes no representations as to the reliability, suitability or accuracy of the information provided.

The information is general in nature and is not intended to be relied upon as, nor to be a substitute for, specific legal professional advice. We will not accept responsibility for any loss occasioned to any person acting on or refraining from acting because of any information provided by the Chatbot. Use of information provided

The receipt of any information or download of any record does not create a solicitor-client relationship. Further, we will not be liable if the information contained in the Chatbot is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, incorrect, or is unavailable.

The information provided by you when interacting with the Chatbot may include personal information. You consent to us collecting and disclosing your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Conflicts of interest

Our Chatbot enables you to provide information about a potential dispute with a view to thereafter discussing your dispute with one of our lawyers. Prior to contacting you or passing on your information to our lawyers we will conduct a preliminary conflict check to ensure Lander & Rogers does not already act for any other parties in relation to your dispute. If a conflict is found to exist your information will be deleted and you will be informed of that fact.
