We are delighted to announce that four Lander & Rogers women have been named finalists in the Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards:
- Genevieve Collins — Executive of the Year AND Innovator of the Year
- Dr Philippa Ryan — Academic of the Year
- Eleanor Lau — Mentor of the Year
- Jackie Solakovski — Dealmaker of the Year
In addition to the individual awards, the firm has also been recognised in the Innovator of the Year category. Lander & Rogers is proud to be recognised as leading change in the way that law is practiced and for our focus on innovating the client experience. Our submission was based on the firm's iHub projects, as well as its LawTech Hub — the first lawtech hub of its kind in Australia.
We are also proud to have our own Board member, Dr Philippa Ryan, recognised as Academic of the Year. Dr Ryan is a champion of legal innovation and supports students to navigate the novel legal issues arising from the adoption of new technologies.
The Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards are dedicated to recognising and celebrating the outstanding women shaping and influencing the legal industry. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Friday 22 November 2019.
