Natasha has over 20 years' experience in large commercial and retail capital transactions; large commercial and retail leasing transactions; contract and document drafting and associated negotiations and advice.

Experience

Natasha has advised a number of buyers and sellers of commercial buildings, shopping centres and industrial sites.

Natasha's relationships with some of the largest landlords across Australia, combined with her understanding of tenants' requirements, allows her to speedily execute transactions with optimum outcomes. She has acted for landlords and tenants in a variety of large commercial and retail leasing transactions, preparing and negotiating the agreements for lease, leases and associated documents.

Natasha's areas of expertise include:

  • due diligence enquiries and reporting for commercial and retail sites
  • contract negotiation and settlement for large commercial sites
  • sales and acquisitions of commercial, retail and industrial sites
  • drafting and negotiating all documents associated with large commercial and retail leasing transactions
  • advising on management matters for commercial and retail sites.

  • acting for the purchaser of the commercial and retail buildings at 140 Queen Street and 141 Elizabeth Street, Brisbane for $395 million
  • acting for the Brisbane City Council in its head office lease at 260 George Street, Brisbane of approximately 36,000m2
  • acting for the landlord for all leasing of 180 Ann Street and 192 Ann Street including leases to:
