- acting for and advising clients in a complex earn-out dispute arising from a share sale purchase agreement in the Supreme Court of Victoria
- advising a major Australian financial services licensee to successfully respond to an ASIC enforcement investigation, which resulted in “no further action” by ASIC
- defending several claims against multiple directors of a large commercial development group
- acting for and advising bankruptcy trustees in various proceedings including in the Supreme Court of Victoria and Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- acting for a client in defence of contempt proceedings in the Supreme Court of Victoria
- instructing in the Supreme Court of Victoria in relation to cost proceedings against a legal practitioner
- assisting with the implementation of a $570 million scheme of arrangement
