Lander & Rogers has collaborated with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer to deliver the Australia chapter in the global firm's Asia Employment Law Bulletin 2021.
The chapter looks at developments in the Australian workplace environment in light of COVID-19, with a focus on:
- the transition to flexible and remote working and the obligations of employers
- changes brought about by the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia's Jobs and Economic Recovery) Bill 2020
- how employers might approach the issue of mandatory vaccination.
