Kate Greenwood
Kate manages the innovation and communication portfolios for the Family & Relationship Law team at Lander & Rogers. She is responsible for pioneering process improvements, and collaborates with established and emerging technology providers as well as internal designers to streamline the firm's delivery of family law services. She is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience to the team's expansive private client base, a value that remains at the forefront of all her innovation initiatives.
Experience
Kate joined Lander & Rogers' Melbourne office in 2012. She worked as a family lawyer for five years, servicing clients across Australia and internationally. Kate practised across all areas of family law during that time and developed an acute understanding of the complexities of the jurisdiction and the challenges facing separated parties. She is uniquely placed to draw on that experience when exploring new technologies and processes to best support the service of family law.
As a family lawyer, Kate's practice was built on the core principles of exceptional client service and compassion, values that extend to her innovation and communication portfolios as she introduces creative solutions to her team and their clients.
