Lillian is one of the partners leading the Compensation Law team. She has practiced exclusively in the areas of accident compensation litigation, employers' liability and common law damages representing WorkSafe Victoria, insurers, self-insurers and employers. She also acts for several self-insured Fortune 500 companies.

Lillian is a successful and efficient litigator with exemplary forensic skills and is highly respected in the jurisdiction. Her longstanding relationship with WorkSafe and with self-insurer clients has seen Lillian actively involved in strategic working groups, on secondment, development programs and as a client liaison.
She is a key driver of the learning and development program of the Compensation Law team which allows her to provide up-to-date learnings and trends to her clients.
Lillian's areas of expertise include:

- new common law identification and statutory benefit reviews;
- accident compensation claims;
- comcare claims; and
- advising and representing WorkSafe Victoria, agents, self-insurers and employers in all jurisdictions including on appeal before the Supreme Court.
