Mariana Estifo, Senior Associate, Lander & Rogers

Mariana is a senior associate in the Corporate team at Lander & Rogers. She focuses on private M&A for domestic and international clients. Mariana advises on all aspects of M&A deals, including legal due diligence processes, contract drafting, negotiation and completion.

In addition to her M&A experience Mariana advises technology clients, venture capital funds and private equity funds on capital raising transactions, minority investments and buyouts. She also acts for many of Australia's fastest growing technology companies, including SaaS, financial services technology, e-commerce, consumer hardware, cloud, education technology and health technology businesses in relation to all aspects of their lifecycle including from establishment through to exit.

Prior to working at Lander & Rogers, Mariana worked at an international law firm advising on cross-border M&A. Mariana also assisted with advising ANZ on the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
