Annebelle’s career highlights include:
- drafting a postnuptial financial agreement where the parties held assets in excess of $200 million
- acting on behalf of a pro bono client to assist with their application pursuant to the Hague Convention Against Child Abduction in circumstances where there was a cross-application for the child’s recovery in another jurisdiction
- successfully obtaining a recovery order and orders for make-up time in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia when a child was unilaterally withheld from their parent’s care
- successfully obtaining a recovery order for a toddler who was unilaterally removed from her mother’s care.
