- advising on general employment, industrial relations and workplace health & safety and discrimination issues for private and public sector clients across industries
- representing employers in unfair dismissal and general protection applications, discrimination and harassment complaints, application of awards matters, and restraint of trade proceedings in Federal and State jurisdictions
- regularly undertaking workplace investigations into allegations of misconduct and advising on employee performance and disciplinary matters
- undertaking employment due diligence for corporate transactions.

Liliana's career highlights include:
- undertaking a large-scale investigation into current and historical allegations of bullying and harassment for a NSW government agency
- successfully defending a private sector client in discrimination proceedings initiated by a current employee
- successfully obtaining court orders for a global insurance broker to enforce a former employee's post-termination restraint of trade
- representing a large private sector employer in proceedings in the Federal Court concerning allegations of underpayments and unlawful adverse action.
