Naomi advises on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular proficiency in complex commercial contract preparation and negotiation. Naomi’s comprehensive knowledge of the Australian Consumer Law has assisted her to advise clients on their risks, rights and obligations as sellers and buyers of goods and services. This includes recent amendments to the law in relation to unfair contract terms.
Naomi has previously worked as a commercial in-house lawyer, which has shaped the proactive and commercial approach she adopts in advising her clients.
Naomi complements her commercial capability with expertise in human rights and corporate accountability, which is increasingly important to business. Prior to being admitted to legal practice, she worked in underserved regions around the world to support social and economic development with an overarching focus on women’s advancement.
