Sara is a senior associate in our workplace relations and safety team. She advises clients on a full range of employment related matters, including workplace investigations, agreement and award interpretation and unfair dismissal claims. She also works with our Corporate team on due diligence projects, advising on employment related issues.
Experience
Sara performs the full range of work across the group's practice, both litigious and advisory. Sara’s expertise is in contract and policy drafting, review and enforcement; bullying and harassment law; state and federal discrimination law; and workplace agreement and award interpretation.
Sara is respected by her clients for her sensitive and effective approach to workplace investigations involving bullying, sexual harassment or other workplace misconduct.
She has experience in Fair Work Commission conciliations, the Federal Court, and the Chief Industrial Magistrate Court. She has negotiated positive outcomes in discrimination and equal opportunity matters, unfair dismissal claims, general protections, and contract claims for public and private clients.
