Lander & Rogers advises Smart Parking Limited on new financing facility agreement with HSBC Australia

Lander & Rogers has successfully advised Smart Parking Limited on a debt facility agreement with HSBC Australia, which positions the company to expand its global operations and maintain its leadership in innovative parking solutions.

Key highlights of the financing arrangement include access to multicurrency revolving and accordion facilities of up to A$20 million, as well as on demand facilities, including Letter of Credit and corporate credit card facilities, providing flexibility to support Smart Parking's global activities and enabling scalable financing for future growth.

A pioneering force in parking technology, Smart Parking Limited have been an ASX publicly listed company since early 2011. With operations spanning ANZ, Germany, Denmark and the UK, they have pioneered parking technology through their operation of thousands of parking spaces utilising proprietary Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) technology to streamline parking management.
