Our construction lawyers prepared contracts and documentation for the design and construction of new warehouses, upgrades of existing warehouses, and nationwide solar-upgrade program.
Energy Australia
We assisted with negotiations and contract preparation for the Hallett power station engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) in Canowie, South Australia.
North West Rail Link
Lander & Rogers acted for the design joint venture defending a $AU300M damages claim by Metro West contractors in the Supreme Court.
Westconnex M4
We represented the electrical, mechanical and services engineer in a claim for delay and other damages exceeding $AU280M.
Tullamarine Freeway widening project
We represented the design joint venture for alleged deficiencies in the design of the gantries and overhead signage.
Combustible cladding claims
