- The firm is delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Jeffrey, who joined as a partner in the Finance practice in Sydney on 11 March 2024.

Adam joins from Hamilton Locke where he was a partner in the Finance team. Adam brings over 20 years of experience in advising clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, regularly acting for Australian and international corporate borrowers and financial institutions on both domestic and cross border matters. His deep experience in global markets allows him to develop innovative and pragmatic solutions to complex financing matters. Adam's practice covers general corporate finance, property finance and leveraged/acquisition finance and also includes deep experience in negotiating derivatives and acting for issuers in the Australian and US debt capital markets.

The appointment follows a number of lateral hires by the firm in the last 12 months, including Real Estate & Projects partner Hoda Naghdy and Environment & Planning partner Tom White.
