Leading national law firm Lander & Rogers has appointed Margaret Gigliotti as a Partner in its Corporate team, based in Melbourne. Margaret will commence with the firm on Tuesday 16 September 2025.
Margaret is a highly experienced technology, data and intellectual property lawyer, with expertise in complex technology transactions, telecommunications and IP matters, and privacy and cybersecurity. Her practice spans commercial and regulatory advisory work, with a strong focus on the technology, telecommunications and financial service sectors. She advises both private and public sector clients. Margaret joins from Clayton Utz, where she was a Special Counsel, and has previously held senior roles at MinterEllison and Allens.
Recognised by Best Lawyers for her expertise in both information technology and outsourcing, Margaret brings a strong record of helping clients navigate evolving regulatory frameworks and delivering on complex, business-critical technology projects.
