Lander & Rogers is proud to have been named Diversity Law Firm of the Year in the 2022 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards.
This is the second time the firm has been recognised as a winner in the category, the first time being in 2020. Finalist firms were selected based on their commitment to initiatives, policies and programs that increased and supported diversity within their firm and the legal profession more broadly.
"This is an important recognition for Lander & Rogers that acknowledges our ongoing commitment to diversity and inclusion as a strategic imperative and matter of fairness for everyone," said Chief Executive Partner Genevieve Collins.
The Women in Law Awards also recognised the professional achievements of Lander & Rogers' people, with a number of individuals named finalists in their respective fields:
