Jennifer is an industry-leading infrastructure and construction lawyer with over 25 years' experience advising on a broad range of legal and commercial issues in both in-house and private practice environments.
Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Jennifer spent six years establishing and leading a successful greenfield in-house legal team as General Counsel at one of Australia's leading privately-owned construction companies.

Jennifer specialises in the procurement and delivery of major projects and has significant experience advising on complex procurement models, including PPP, incentivised and hybrid delivery arrangements, as well as more traditional forms of contracting.
Jennifer’s expertise spans complex social and economic infrastructure projects, large-scale housing, industrial and commercial projects, as well as project in delivery support, dispute, avoidance and management, strategic litigation and dispute resolution advice and support, regulatory compliance, corporate governance and C-suite advice.

- advising the D&C contractor delivering the $399M transformation of heritage-listed City Tattersalls Club into Sydney House, comprising a 135-key hotel & 241 residential unit development being procured by First Sponsor and ICD Property
- advising the D&C contractor delivering the $185M Suntory Oceania multi-beverage facility procured by Frucor Suntory Australia Pty Ltd, Australia’s largest single fast-moving consumer investment that transformed a greenfield site into a fully automated manufacturing and distribution facility over a 17-hectare industrial development
- advising the D&C contractor delivering the $780M Sydney Biomedical Accelerator procured by the University of Sydney, Sydney Local Health District and the NSW Government
- advising the D&C contractor delivering the upgrade of the $300M Powerhouse Museum Ultimo for Infrastructure NSW and the Powerhouse Museum
- advising the D&C contractor delivering the $530M Integrated Mental Health Complex Westmead project for the Health Administration Corporation (through the Health Infrastructure Division), a purpose-built complex that will deliver world-class care
- advising on various Sydney Metro packages, including:
- a subcontractor to the Parklife Metro consortium delivering the Sydney Metro - Western Sydney Airport, Orchard Hills, Luddenham Road and Aerotropolis station as part of the SSTOM package; and
- a tenderer for the $900M Sydney Metro City & Southwest Central Station Main Works Project Incentivised Target Cost Contract
- advising a participant in the D&C contractor joint venture bidding for the $5B Cross River Rail PPP Project
- advising a participant in the D&C contractor appointed to deliver the $6B East West Link PPP project on both the procurement of the project and its subsequent cancellation by the Victorian State Government.
