Jessica is an experienced litigator who has advised insurers and their insured clients and uninsured public, private and community based organisations, in relation to a variety of litigated claims including claims for negligence, breach of contract and historical institutional abuse and insurance coverage disputes.
Experience
Prior to her admission to practice in 2014, Jessica worked in house claims handling roles handling financial lines claims for professionals and institutions. Following her admission to practice, Jessica continued to work inhouse and in private practice in Sydney, London and Melbourne. More recently, Jessica has developed a specialisation in historical institutional abuse claims and related professional negligence and insurance coverage disputes.
