Experience
While Morgan has experience in a range of classes of work, his principal focus is professional indemnity litigation and advice, with an emphasis on construction.
Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Morgan worked as a senior associate at Sparke Helmore. In that role Morgan acted for Australian insurers and the Lloyd’s market with a focus on professional indemnity litigation and advice.
