Simone is a senior lawyer practising primarily in insurance and construction disputes.
Experience
Simone acts for a range of building and construction professionals including building surveyors, project managers, architects and engineers, and provides coverage advice to insurer clients.
Simone also practises in and has extensive experience in builders’ warranty insurance.
Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Simone was an Associate to His Honour Justice Woodward during His Honour's appointment as head of the County Court's Building Cases List. She assisted His Honour in a range of commercial and building and construction matters (including the first decision in relation to the liability of parties involving the use of combustible cladding at the Lacrosse Tower in Melbourne's Docklands).
