Lander & Rogers has advised ASX-listed Fluence Corporation Limited on its successful raising of A$36.5 million via a share placement of ordinary shares to both international and domestic, institutional, sophisticated, and professional investors, and its share purchase plan offer to its shareholders in Australia and New Zealand.
Fluence, a water treatment company listed in Australia on the ASX but headquartered in New York, is experiencing rapid growth in demand for its innovative, cost-effective decentralised water, wastewater, and reuse solutions for business and communities worldwide.
Lander & Rogers corporate partner, Alex Ding, who led this deal said, "We were delighted to help Fluence Corporation achieve its objective of securing financial backing from highly regarded large anchor investors in the US, and to support them in implementing a share purchase plan for its shareholders in Australia and New Zealand — it is exciting to help an ASX-listed company with its rapid international growth".
Fluence was also advised by Canaccord Genuity (Australia) as Lead Manager and Bookrunner, Odeon Capital Group LLC on behalf of EAS Advisors LLC as Co-Manager, and Market Eye.
