Lander & Rogers is pleased to announce the appointment of Wendy Fauvel as a Partner in its Sydney Workplace Relations and Safety (WR&S) team, effective 2 March 2026.
Wendy joins the firm from Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, where she was a partner in the Brisbane office. She is recognised nationally for her expertise in enterprise bargaining and industrial disputes and brings a broad practice spanning all areas of employment law.
Wendy advises employers on enterprise bargaining strategy, industrial action, workplace investigations, complex payroll and governance reviews, and employment litigation. She is a trusted adviser to private and ASX clients, working closely with in-house HR, legal and executive teams to navigate reputationally sensitive matters.
Her experience includes leading responses to high-profile industrial disputes before the Fair Work Commission and the Courts and managing collective and individual employment disputes.
Wendy is recognised for her thought leadership particularly in enterprise bargaining and industrial relations. She has authored and contributed to a range of publications and is a sought-after presenter at HR and industrial relations conferences.
