Grace is a lawyer in the Family & Relationship Law group. She has been practising exclusively in family law since the beginning of 2021. Grace has experience in all aspects of family law involving property, parenting, child support and spousal maintenance issues.

  • parenting matters for the care of children, including those that involve allegations of abuse and family violence
  • preparing prenuptial and postnuptial financial agreements and child support agreements

  • advocating for and negotiating on behalf of clients at alternative dispute resolution events, and successfully reaching settlements without the need for further litigation
  • acting in complex parenting litigation in which clients have experienced family violence
  • obtaining orders to enable a child to undergo gender dysphoria treatment.
