She has extensive experience advising on procurement processes and strategies (including advising on the Commonwealth Procurement Rules and related policies and legislation), drafting procurement documentation, negotiating complex contracts, as well as managing supplier relationships.

  • advising the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing on its procurement activities and contracts for the delivery of aged care assessments across Australia, which implemented a key recommendation for a single assessment system coming out of the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety
  • advising on multiple procurement processes for the modernisation of the Australian Digital Health Agency's national infrastructure for the My Health Record systems
  • providing both probity and legal advice to the Department of Parliamentary Services on the approach to market for a video on demand solution and associated services
  • advising the Department of Defence on the approaches to market for the provision of national health care services to Australian Defence Force members
