  • advising Triple Zero Victoria in relation to key IT systems including procurement of a next generation computer-aided dispatch system and development of an emergency service integration platform
  • advising Emergency Management Victoria in relation to ongoing operation of the State's emergency services telecommunication networks
  • advising DGS - Department of Government Services (and its predecessor DPC) in relation to the negotiation of State purchase contracts with a range of IT vendors including Microsoft, Oracle, Google and AWS
  • advising Department of Government Services in relation to the creation of the 2025 eServices Register Contracts
  • advising Department of Transport and Planning in relation to negotiation of contracts for the operation of the Myki system and development of a replacement public transport ticketing system, as well as transition and project implementation
  • advising the Department of Treasury and Finance in relation to the creation of a joint venture with private investors in relation to the operation of the State's vehicle registration and driver licensing functions by the joint venture entity

  • advising the Tasmanian government on key IT procurement projects including in relation to State-wide health systems, container deposit scheme, State-wide justice management systems, emergency service telecommunications network TasGRN and 000 call services
  • advising ANZ in relation to a number of complex technology procurements, including the bank's global agreements with AWS, procurement of contact centre systems, replacement of the bank's talent and culture systems (including HR management and payroll), agreements with for core internet banking platform development and support, agreements with vendors such as IBM, Oracle, SAP, agreements for third party support of core systems.
