Family lawyer and mediator Charlotte Symes joins Lander & Rogers

Lander & Rogers has strengthened its national family and relationship law practice with the appointment of family law partner Charlotte Symes in Sydney.

Having practised family law in England and Australia, Charlotte brings particular expertise in international matters, including assets held across multiple jurisdictions and matrimonial property regimes in different countries, and she speaks French.

Charlotte is an experienced family lawyer, accredited mediator and collaborative practitioner. She advises on the complex financial, property and parenting issues that arise during separation and divorce, spanning financial settlements and valuations, financial agreements, asset protection and freezing orders, and child arrangements. This includes assisting with permission to relocate with children, both within Australia and internationally.
