Alexandra is a lawyer in the Brisbane office of Lander & Rogers' Family and Relationship Law group. With experience advocating for clients in all aspects of family law, Alexandra has a particular interest in complex parenting proceedings and assisting clients through the difficulties associated with serious allegations of risk to children.

Alicia is a family lawyer in Lander & Rogers' Family and Relationship Law team and is based in Melbourne. Alicia has worked exclusively in family law for over 15 years.

Annabel is an Accredited Specialist in family law who has been practising for almost 20 years. Prior to joining Lander & Rogers as Special Counsel, Annabel was an Associate Director at a boutique family law firm. Annabel commenced her legal career as a deputy associate to a Federal Magistrate in the family law jurisdiction and subsequently worked at a top-tier commercial firm for five years, mostly in the mergers and acquisitions team. She has also worked at the Australian Human Rights Commission as both a lawyer and in the policy team.

Annebelle is a lawyer in Lander & Rogers’ Family and Relationship Law team and is based in Melbourne. She has practised exclusively in family and relationship law since her admission to practice.

Asha is an Accredited Specialist in family law and a Special Counsel in the Family & Relationship law team. She is recognised in the national peer review publication, [Doyle’s Guide](https://www.landers.com.au/legal-insights-news/doyles-guide-2026-names-Lander-and-Rogers-as-Australias-top-tier-family-law-practice), as one of Victoria's leading parenting and children’s matters lawyers.

Ashley is an Accredited Specialist in family law who has dedicated her career to guiding clients through family and relationship law matters. Recognised by the profession as a rising star in the 2023 and 2026 editions of [Doyle’s Guide](https://www.landers.com.au/legal-insights-news/doyles-guide-2026-names-Lander-and-Rogers-as-Australias-top-tier-family-law-practice), Ashley is known for her technical expertise and practical, assured approach. Ashley graduated with first-class honours in law from Monash University in 2015.

Senior Associate

Bryan is an Accredited Specialist in family law and works in Lander & Rogers’ Sydney office. Bryan holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (with Distinction). He has worked exclusively in family law since his admission in 2017.

Byron is an accredited specialist in family law and has practised as a family lawyer for over 20 years. Byron is of Chinese background and speaks Cantonese, enabling him to bring a cultural understanding and sensitivity to his clients' issues. His family law expertise includes dealing with the full spectrum of property, parenting, child support and maintenance matters that arise before, during or at the end of a relationship. He has an extensive international family law practice, and has advised clients residing in China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Laos and the United Kingdom with overseas assets and international child custody arrangements.

Candice has worked in family law since 2012 and has particular experience in high net-worth financial matters and complex parenting matters. Carolina is an Accredited Family Law Specialist and Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law team. She is pragmatic and compassionate in assisting clients to navigate the complexities of the family law system.

Catherine is an Accredited Specialist in family law, who practises exclusively in family and relationship law. She was previously employed as a Legal Associate to the Honourable Justice Cronin in the Family Court of Australia. Her understanding of the court complements her strong analytical and commercial skills. Catherine has an empathetic approach and is committed to achieving the best results for her clients.

Cheryl is an Accredited Specialist in family law and a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Melbourne office. She was named in the 2026 edition of *Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in Australia™*, in recognition of her outstanding work in family law. Cheryl commenced her legal career in a multi-disciplinary firm, where she worked in family law, property law, wills and estates and commercial law. Cheryl has now been practising exclusively in family and relationship law since 2017 and leverages her earlier experience by providing pragmatic and holistic advice to her clients.

Chloe is a partner in Lander & Rogers' family and relationship law team. She is widely recognised for her dedication and personalised approach to family law and her clients.

Claire is an Accredited Specialist in family law and a partner in Lander & Rogers' Melbourne family and relationship law office.

Partner & Practice Group Leader

Collette is a partner and the National Practice Group Leader of Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law group, and one of Australia's most respected family lawyers. An Accredited Specialist in family law, Collette has worked solely in the family law jurisdiction for almost 20 years and is consistently recognised by the profession as one of Australia's preeminent family & divorce lawyers.

Craig has practiced exclusively in family and relationship law since 1985 and is one of Australia's most experienced family lawyers. He was one of the first lawyers to achieve the specialist accreditation in family law from the Law Institute of Victoria in 1989, and is regularly engaged as a presenter, author and commentator on current family law issues.
