Our FY18 M&A Deal Highlights showcases what an exciting year it has been for our clients and M&A team.
This year, we have experienced significant growth in our M&A team, welcoming partners Peter Monk and Simon Davidson to our national practice in March 2018. Peter and Simon's appointments are an exciting development in the evolution of our practice group. These appointments increase our bench strength in M&A and are part of our strong intent to continue to grow and expand our corporate offering.
We recently received confirmation from one of the leading deal tables, Mergermarket, that our M&A team is ranked in the top 15 M&A advisors in Australasia by deal count for the first six months of 2018. We are very proud of this achievement which is testament to our team and the great deals we have been working on. This complements our rankings in both The Legal 500 2018 and Chambers Asia Pacific 2018 for Corporate and M&A and a number of our partners being recognised in the 2019 edition of Best Lawyers in Australia.
