- enterprise bargaining and industrial relations disputes
- interpretation and application of enterprise agreements and modern awards

- work health and safety compliance.
Aimee also spent a year working as an advisory lawyer for the UK Department for Transport (DfT) where she managed the legislative project to introduce significant reforms relating to the UK railways.

Aimee's career highlights include:
- undertaking multiple secondments as in-house legal counsel across public and private sector organisations, where she represented clients in state and federal anti-discrimination jurisdictions and the Fair Work Commission, provided advice on complex employment law matters, and conducted detailed compliance and strategic reviews of workplace policies
- contributing to the successful prosecution of the CFMEU and two union officials on behalf of the Australian Building and Construction Commission
- assisting in the successful defence of a large building advisory firm in Federal Court proceedings brought by its former CEO, involving claims under the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), Sex Discrimination Act 1984 (Cth), and the CEO’s employment contract
- supporting several sensitive workplace investigations into allegations of bullying, harassment, sexual harassment, and fraud
- representing clients in unfair dismissal and general protections matters before the Fair Work Commission
- advising on the drafting of enterprise agreement provisions and assisting clients with enterprise agreement approval processes.
