Lander & Rogers has welcomed Morgan Waters and Arjunan "Archie" Thangarajah as Senior Associates to its Insurance Law & Litigation construction practice.

"As a result of the significant growth of our construction practice nationally, we are delighted to bring on board two experienced Senior Associates in our Melbourne office," said Natasha Stojanovich, a Partner in our Lander & Rogers' Insurance Law & Litigation team.

Morgan, an experienced insurance litigator, has acted for Australia's leading insurers for over 10 years. His principal focus is professional indemnity litigation and advice, with a strong emphasis on construction.

"These new hires reflect our commitment to building a market-leading construction disputes team, with specialist expertise in the building and construction industry," said Natasha.

Archie handles complex disputes and advises professionals and insurers on litigated claims, policy coverage and disciplinary investigations. Prior to Lander & Rogers, Archie worked at a global international law firm.

"Archie also adds to the firm's credentials and expertise in claims involving flammable cladding — having acted for a party in the Lacrosse litigation," added Natasha.

The firm employs more than 70 specialist insurance lawyers, based across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with expertise in managing professional indemnity claims, in particular, those in the construction industry.
