Lander & Rogers has elevated 44 senior lawyers in its 2024 promotions round.
Effective 1 July 2024, the firm welcomes seven new partners, 13 special counsel and 24 senior associates across its insurance law and litigation, family and relationship law, corporate, workplace relations and safety, commercial disputes, compensation law, and real estate and projects practices.
The firm's new partners are family and relationship law experts Tessa Kelman and Chloe Rattray; insurance law and litigation specialists Kelly Kandelaars, Eleanor Madden and Amanda Seguna; mergers and acquisitions and capital markets specialist Paul Mayson; and Bridget Shelton, who specialises in employment law and industrial relations.
Chief Executive Partner Genevieve Collins noted that Lander & Rogers' 2024 promotions round is one of the firm's largest in recent years. "This year's promotions follow a strong year for our firm as we scale to meet client demand, expand our presence in growth areas in Brisbane and Sydney, and continue to invest in the professional development of our people."
Ms Collins congratulated the firm's "leaders of tomorrow" on their new career milestones and welcomed their "energy, passion and ideas in continuing to create the very best experience for our clients, people and communities".

Lander & Rogers also celebrated 14 promotions across its business services and practice group support functions, with a strong focus on technology, innovation, and enhancing the delivery of client services. Earlier this year the Financial Times named Lander & Rogers among the most innovative law firms in the Asia-Pacific region in recognition of the firm's commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture, wellbeing, digital enablement, and sustainability.
The promotions announcement follows a number of senior hires in the last 12 months, with the firm recently joined by finance partner Adam Jeffrey; environment and planning partner Tom White, and construction and infrastructure partner Hoda Naghdy.
