Senior Associate

Nina Vasiljevic is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers’ Insurance Law & Litigation team in Sydney. Nina has practised in insurance and commercial litigation since 2019 and regularly appears in courts across New South Wales, as well as in other Australian jurisdictions. With a client-focused approach, Nina delivers efficient and effective strategies to achieve strong results for clients.

Noa is a key member of the firm's liability team. She specialises in workplace and transport accidents, statutory recoveries, and public and products liability claims. Noa regularly acts on behalf of host employers, facility managers, manufacturers, schools, builders and developers.

Ralph is an experienced litigator, specialising in insurance law and property, building and construction related disputes. He has acted for insurers, advising on complex coverage issues and pursuing subrogated recoveries concerning all types of construction and property related insurance, including professional indemnity, annual design and construct, project design and construction, contract works and ISR.

Samantha Downes

Samantha has been practising as an insurance law specialist since 1993. She is experienced in all areas of general insurance litigation including personal injury, public and products liability, property damage and professional indemnity. She has also represented public and private sector clients in coronial inquests, which often attract media interest and invariably require sensitive management.

Sam specialises in property, building and construction related disputes as well as subrogated recoveries working for a range of insurer clients. Prior to joining Lander & Rogers, Sam practised at an international insurance litigation law firm in New Zealand working across a number of areas.

Sebastian is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers’ Insurance Law & Litigation group. He advises domestic and international insurers on casualty, public and product liability, property damage, and historical/institutional matters. Before joining Lander & Rogers, Sebastian practised at a national insurance firm as a senior associate and, before that, served as in-house counsel at an Australian bank and insurance company.

Simon is an insurance litigation specialist, with more than 15 years of experience. He has acted in numerous complex litigated proceedings in both State and Federal Courts.
