Han is an experienced construction and major projects lawyer, having practised for over eight years in the industry. He has worked both in private practice and in-house at a tier 1 construction and development company, and has experience advising on a wide range of construction matters in different sectors.

Hannah is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Family & Relationship Law team. She was admitted to practice in December 2018 and has been working exclusively in all areas of family law since March 2019. Hannah joined Lander & Rogers in December 2022.

Senior Associate

Hayley has practiced exclusively in Family & Relationship Law since her admission to practice in 2017. While based in Melbourne, Hayley has strong connections regionally and frequently services clients located in North-East Victoria and the Albury/Wodonga region.

Helen is a highly experienced litigator with deep expertise in administrative and public law, regulatory matters, inquiries, freedom of information, privacy law and judicial and merits review. She has advised and represented a broad range of agencies in both Commonwealth and State government, including leading major investigations and inquiries. She has also advised private corporate entities and directors on regulatory compliance issues and enforcement investigations, particularly in relation to corporations law, the AML/CTF scheme and privacy obligations.

Hilary de Guingand

Senior Associate

Hilary is a senior associate in Lander & Rogers' Workplace Relations & Safety team in Melbourne. Hilary has diverse experience in all aspects of workplace law. She has worked in the field since 2018 and was admitted to practice in 2019.

Hoda is a strategic and commercial legal advisor with over 15 years of experience advising on complex infrastructure projects and transactions in Australia and globally. Before joining Lander & Rogers, Hoda worked in the Projects practices of Australian and US top-tier law firms in Australia and the UAE and as a senior legal counsel at Lend Lease Engineering.

Hugo is a lawyer in our Family & Relationship Law team. Prior to joining Lander & Rogers in 2023, Hugo practised in family law, commercial law, and estate planning. Hugo is based in the Melbourne office and represents clients living in Victoria and throughout Australia.

Special Counsel

Ingrid is a skilled insurance litigator with substantial expertise in advising, representing and advocating for public and private hospitals, doctors, nurses, local government bodies, statutory authorities and major insurers.

Isabella Burton is a lawyer in the Melbourne office of Lander & Rogers’ Family & Relationship Law team and has been working exclusively in family law since her admission to practice in December 2024.

Senior Associate

Isabella is a senior associate in the Commercial Disputes team at Lander & Rogers. She advises her clients on a range of general commercial, personal and corporate insolvency and securities matters.

Jackie is a partner in our Corporate group and has a focus on mergers and acquisitions.

Jacqui is a lawyer in the Family and Relationship Law team. Jacqui was admitted to practice in November 2020 and has worked exclusively in family law since her admission.

Senior Associate

James is a Senior Associate in Lander & Rogers' Compensation Law Group. He specialises in personal injury litigation and his areas of expertise include statutory benefits, serious injury and common law damages.

James acts for both private and public sector clients in commercial real estate, property development, energy transmission projects, and major infrastructure projects. His clients include state and federal government agencies and departments, local councils, listed and unlisted property funds, energy asset owners, retailers, developers, data centre operators, infrastructure owners, and insolvency professionals.
