Her core practice involves public and products liability, contractual recovery, worker to worker claims, property damage and coverage issue matters. She regularly acts for insurers across long tail catastrophic injury claims, workers’ compensation recovery matters, occupiers’ liability claims, labour hire disputes and SafeWork Prosecution matters.

Julie is an insurance litigation specialist with public liability and professional indemnity expertise. Julie's primary expertise is in the conduct of complex liability claims. She has also defended a number of product liability and property damage claims. In addition, Julie has considerable expertise in the area of medical negligence and health law, in particular concerning allied health professionals.

She is experienced in matters involving occupiers’ liability, statutory recovery actions, workers’ compensation, product and public liability as well as asbestos and dust disease claims. Kathleen also has experience acting in high profile and sensitive personal injury matters, including institutional and sexual abuse claims requiring careful strategic management.

Kelly specialises in the management of multi-million-dollar complex litigated insurance matters including catastrophic personal injury, institutional sexual abuse claims, royal commissions, class actions, coronial investigations and inquests.
